manufacturing various low (mid) pressure valve, including accurate valve, special valve, aluminium industrial high quality valve, and the valve for fire protection and water supply system along with coupling fittings of its pipeline system.
The company is located at the port of Pear River Delta of Guangdong Province with convenient land and water transportation, covering an floor area of 10000 square meters which workshop area is 6000 square meters. Integrating the management tenet as: Human oriented for co-innovation and co-application, we have an essential team which is the headquarters of production technical deploitation and marketing sales development, composed of several national high-grade engineering technicians, skilled technicians, and personnel with marketing planning and developing qualification. equipped with well-developed production equipment and sophisticated production technics, as well as abundant experience for the hardware machine manufacture.
The origin of KAI XIANG, Zhongshan Kaixiang Casting Factory is established in 1987. we have dedicated to the professional technical deploitation all along since the cooperation with Europe Advanced Nation for valve manufacturing technology from the beginning of 1990’s. Matching the marketing demand and expanding production, KAI XIANG concentrated their attention on the northwestward of China in 1990 and 1997, where we set up two workshops comprising 2000 square meters area for each, and dispatch several management and production technicians for keeping standardization of the operation, which become the strong productivity to KAI XIANG.
KAI XIANG holds firmly and pays more attention to management, complying strictly with the ISO9002 Quality Management System, and combining the quality policy of Preferential in Quality, Primary in Clients. This approach can assure the manufacture, product, and service quality as well. Currently, it is up to 4000 ton annual output of Nodular Graphite cast-iron, 3000 ton of normal valve products, 1300 ton of accurate cast steel components and stainless components and non ferrous metal. The conventional products have passed the multinomial authorization of “MA” by Guangdong Technical Supervise Bureau, and Guangzhou construction material, and Hong Kong NUTEK SYSTEMS, LTD., ETS-TESTCONAULT LIMITED, selling to the Southeast Asia including Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, etc.
